Dear Enzo and staff,

“Having now owned our 2012 Van Cruiser Resort Series Grande Dirt Road for six months, I want to take this opportunity to express my thanks and pleasure with the result. From the outset of discussing the features of your various vans prior to choosing and purchasing, I was impressed with the passion and honesty shown by you and your staff. Having never owned a van before but having spent significant research time on what I believed I needed, it was refreshing to discuss and have explained the pros and cons of my research in relation to real life and my expectation of the type of touring we wanted to do. The resulting minor design changes to customise the van to our specific needs were implemented without fuss whilst communication and consultation throughout the manufacture was superb.

The resulting quality of workmanship and finish again shows the pride that you and your company have in its work. Since owning my van, I have spoken to many other owners who think it normal that cupboards stick and fittings come adrift on their first few trips during that settling in period which then require repair and adjustment. Not so with our van. Despite several trips including a few rocky roads, everything still sits perfectly. The appearance of the van itself also makes it a talking point wherever we go creating many admirers. The only coupe of minor issues were with installed accessories which were rectified during its first break and bearing service.

Having a store to discuss and purchase accessories is also a benefit. The staff are friendly, helpful and make you feel a part of the Van Cruiser family.

The impression I first had of the quality of materials used and pride or workmanship which prompted my decision to purchase has been borne out. I can’t wait to continue our adventure of discovery around Australia with the confidence that wherever I am, support if necessary from the designer and builder is only a call away.
We now look forward to many years of happy caravanning with the knowledge that we have the right van to cater for all our needs”.

Yours in appreciation,
Peter and Christina

Thanks to Enzo, Tania and staff at Van Cruiser Caravans. We picked up the van and took it for a good spin. The workmanship is superb handcrafted the way things should be made. The design was perfect (thanks for the help Tania) The service from the staff was beyond reproach. Would recommend them at any stage.

“We have been caravanning for 15 years after a lifetime of travelling this country with the family in various forms of camping rigs. We decided to upgrade from our off road pop top to a higher level of comfort with more space and as many creature comforts as we could manage and still have the off road capacity and ability to be totally self-sufficient.

We came across Van Cruiser almost by accident but were impressed right from the first moment we saw their vans inside and out. Enzo and his sister Tania were very helpful, very practical and down to earth taking us through their build process in the factory explaining their design and build philosophy.
The Van Cruiser product, finish and build quality was what we were looking for. However it was Enzo and Tania’s personalities we felt very comfortable with and this flows right through the team at Van Cruiser.

We were about to order a custom van and become closely involved with the build process when they indicated they had a display van ready for the Caulfield Racecourse show that would be available after the show. Suffice to say we were really happy with this van and after a shake down trip at Easter are heading off around Australia in a week’s time for another four month trip.

We highly recommend anyone considering purchasing a well constructed, quality finished van with off road capabilities to visit Van Cruiser’s factory at Carrum Downs and talk to Enzo and Tania. We are sure you will find their vans comparable with the best on the market at the moment.
Thanks Van Cruiser for a happy and satisfying purchasing experience and we wish you well in the future”

For the last 3 or 4 years we had been looking for a caravan to replace our existing pop top now the kids decided they no longer want to come away with us. Eventually, after much research and visiting shows and caravan places we discovered Van Cruiser. On our initial visit when we called in “for a quick look” Enzo spent over 90 minutes showing us the vans he was currently building and the various features. His enthusiasm for his vans is truly amazing. We came away feeling that he not only built a quality van but that he truly loved what he did.

After another couple of visits including a wander around a caravan show we were convinced Van Cruiser was the company for us. Even though we had decided on a “Grande” when we got there Enzo was so enthusiastic to show us one of his other babies, a “Savannah”. We knew the moment we looked inside that this was the van for us. With a choice of on-road, dirt road or off-road suspension and frames this was just the start of the many choices we could make in creating “our” van.

Both Enzo and Tania were happy to take as much time as we needed to decide on the final layout of our 2013 6.7M Savannah. Tania was fantastic at helping us with selecting colours for the bench top, splash back, cupboard doors, lounge and the outside colours. Then, as the build progressed we were able to watch it develop and discuss its progress with Enzo. We even had the ability to change minor things as the build went along. Every time we visited them we felt like we were catching up with friends.

Being able to choose the name for our caravan was a fantastic bonus and helps you to feel the van really is your very own.

The final product is just amazing. The standard heater above the door is a great idea and is far more useful than the heating unit in the reverse cycle air conditioner. With its three solar panels and three 100AH batteries we’re ready to start enjoying some free camping. The gas heater we also had fitted will be handy on those cold mornings when free camping or when stopping on the side of the road for a cuppa. The quality of the fit out in our Van Cruiser is just so superior to the other brands that we had looked at. Enzo’s cabinet making background really shines through. Incredible value for money is an understatement.

Both Enzo and Tania spent as much time as we needed at handover to make sure we fully understood how everything worked. On our first trip away we received lots of positive comments from other caravaners and campers.

With the Van Cruiser store at the same location it means it is all just too easy to also pick up all the accessories we needed to go along with our van, and at reasonable prices too. We’re proud to be part of the Van Cruiser family. We will be regular visitors to the shop to say hello and to see what is Enzo latest improvement or innovation.

We highly recommend this family owned business, truly run the way a successful company should be!
